Writer and Producer Ryan Laubscher gained Press and TV acclaim at the age of 19 when he composed, orchestrated and staged three full scale operas in less than two years. He went on to study composition at the Royal College of Music and was mentored by, renowned composer, Patric Standford.

After college, Ryan turned his talents to writing and producing songs as well as film scoring, He was awarded Best Score at Sedona Sound and Film Festival for Fighting Eddie as well as awards from the CMJ Music Festival for feature film Utilities. Ryan has also provided scores for Apple Mac advertisements, Feature films National Lampoons Replicate, The Surprise Party and many others.

Ryan was also gaining success song writing and producing, working with many artists of different musical styles. His first chart successes came with D-side who achieved three top ten hits in the UK and a number one single Stronger Together, in Japan.

He's also worked with classical opera diva Katherine Jenkins, who went on to sell one million albums worldwide, Jessica Garlick, Noise Next Door, Barratt Waugh and remixed "promise me" Beverly Craven and "toy soldiers" Eminem. Ryan wrote "Unstoppable" for Helena Zetova which remained 5 weeks at number one in Europe and was the third most performed song in 2006 in her native country. He also wrote and produced with hip hop artist Tah Mac, achieving a number one hit on MTV UK and Europe with "Make Your Body Shake".

All of this gained the attention of industry giant Bryan Morrison (BeeGees, Pink Floyd, Wham, George Michael, The Jam) who up until his tragic accident, managed, published mentored Ryan's career which led to the birth of RCW Productions.

Ryan's recent artists include Pixie which Ryan discovered with manager Philip Tennant and was signed under renowned A&R LA Reid then to Mercury Records UK and Interscope US. Rhys Howell Morgan who Ryan developed over two years and has just signed with SONY BMG. Sylvia Ella signing to Universal Decca and Alex Roots who is an Incredible! New Artist creating huge industry buzz who is been in development with Ryan for over a year. In 2008, Ryan has signed a worldwide exclusive publishing deal Good Groove Songs headed by Gary Davies. Good Groove are a hugely successful publishing production company selling 4 million albums with their artist Corinne Bailey Rae as well as having enormous success with their roster of songwriters & producers.
