John was originally in Tasmin Archer's band and co-wrote her debut album 'Great Expectations'; including the world-wide smash 'Sleeping Satellites'. He collaborates with Steve Chrisanthou regularly and has cuts with Corinne Bailey Rae including 'Put Your Records On' and 'Trouble Sleeping'. John has also had cuts on Charlotte Church's 'Crazy Chick' album and Simon Webbe's debut album. John is also launching the newest artist signed to his production company with Steve Chrisanthou called Jennifer Rae (Warner Germany) with whom he has co-written a bulk of the album with.

John is also is continuing to write with many new UK acts including: Alice McLaughlin (Parlophone), Paloma Faith (Epic), Julia Biel, Aret and Jade Williams.
